The Zimbabwe National Army Major General (Retired) Solomon Siziba has passed away. Now the late Major General (Retired) Solono Siziba passed away on Wednesday 15 at Josiah Magama Tongogara Barracks Camp Hospital in Harare, the Army Public Relations department has announced.
In a statement seen by Newsreportzim.com, the Deputy Director Army Public Relations, Tichafa Mungofa said Major General (Retired) Siziba d!ed after a long battle with cancer.
“It is with a heavy heart that the Zimbabwe National Army announces the passing on of Major General (Retired) Solomon Siziba this morning at Josiah Magama Tongogara Barracks Camp Hospital in Harare.
Major General (Retired) Siziba died after a long battle with cancer,” the statement reads.
Major General Siziba’s de@th adds to the growing list of high-ranking military officials including the most notable were Foreign Minister Sibusiso Moyo, Agriculture Minister Perence Shiri.
M0urners are gathered at 572 Bulawayo Drive, Killarney, Bulawayo awaiting for the funeral arrangements which will be announced in due course.
