The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) in Beitbridge have arr3sted two individuals during “No to Cross Border Crimes” operation at Reubex area. The two individuals were identified as Blessing Mlambo (30) and Kimberly Madzimure (21). The incident occurred on the 8th of January, 2025.
In a statement seen by Newsreportzim.com, ZRP revealed that Mlambo and Madzimure were arr3sted for unlawful possession of dagg@. The d@gga was hidden in a washing powder box which was wrapped with black plastics.
“On 08/01/25, Police in Beitbridge deployed on operation, “No to Cross Border Crimes,” arr3sted, Blessing Mlambo (30) and Kimberly Madzimure (21) at Reubex area for unlawful possession of approximately seven kilogrammes of d@gga
The d@gga was concealed in a washing powder box which was wrapped with black plastics,” the statement reads.
Currently the two are in police custody awaiting for court appearance soon facing charges of unlawful possession of dr-gs
