Controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo has gifted a Toyota Aqua car and US$2000 in cash to the woman whose suggestive dancing moves at a Zanu-PF event went viral on social media.
The yet-to-be-identified woman made headlines yesterday after a video of her dancing in front of people at the commissioning of the Champion Foods-Maize Milling Plant in Tynwald emerged on social media.
The trending video, which caused a stir on social media, caught Wicknell Chivayo’s attention, prompting him to bless the woman with a Toyota Aqua car and a monetary gift.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Wicknell Chivayo advised Dj Masomere to accompany the woman in the video to Madzibaba Chipaga car sale, where they can collect a Toyota Aqua along with an additional US$2000.
“DJ MASOMERE please enda na Amai ava pana Madzibaba Chipaga vapihwe AQUA yavo ne 2000 USD today…”
Wicknell Chivayo stated that if she does not have a driver’s license yet, she can begin taking driving lessons and then collect the car in two weeks’ time after completing the lessons.
“Drivers license kana vasina she can start lessons today and collect her car in two weeks.”
Chivayo was seemingly fascinated with the woman’s dancing after it was revealed that he was also in attendance at the commissioning event of the Champion Foods-Maize Milling Plant.
“Zvinhu zve ZANU PF mufaro wega wega , pakangonzi Mr Aquaman vari pano pakatambwa zvinoshamisa.”
Wicknell Chivayo’s generous gesture has sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some netizens showered him with praise for awarding the woman with a car, another section of social media criticized the woman for shamelessly dancing suggestively in front of people. Netizens also lambasted Wicknell Chivayo for rewarding her with a car.
