Two middle-aged men accused of theft were allegedly forced to k!ss as a form of punishment, a scene that has sparked outrage and ridicule across social media.
The incident was captured in a video now circulating widely, where the men can be seen sitting on a couch while someone off-camera orders them to k!ss.
One of the men appears to resist, visibly distressed and in tears, prompting the person behind the camera to shout “continue” in isiZulu.
The footage has garnered over 20,000 views and provoked a flurry of comments, with many deeming the situation an embarrassment for the country.

A user on Twitter claimed that one of the men forcing the k!ss is the father of one of the individuals involved, suggesting that he was administering this punishment for reasons that are unclear.
They also implied that the other young man may identify as g@y. “The father made his kid do this as punishment. Can’t remember exactly why. This video I saw a few months back,” the user remarked.
Others chimed in, with one commenting on the apparent willingness of one of the men: “The guy on the right isn’t even protesting, he’s enjoying it😅.”
