A 70-year-old man named Leo has taken remarkable steps in preparing for his own burial.
Acknowledging the financial struggles of his community, where members often find it difficult to cover burial expenses, Leo has meticulously made his own arrangements to avoid burdening others after his passing.
In a candid interview with Afrimax, Leo shared the details of his preparations.
He dug his own grave, purchased his coffin, and selected the white cloth in which he will be buried.
Additionally, he stocked up on drinks to be served at his funeral, ensuring that guests will have refreshments during the ceremony.
Leo has also taken care of practical matters by acquiring cement and bricks for his grave and paying for his pallbearers in advance.

He expressed a clear vision for his funeral services, stating that he wishes to be buried only by men.
Feeling that his time is near, Leo is embracing life and celebrating his remaining days on Earth, confident that he is approaching the end.
In response to his story, some social media users shared their thoughts. One commented, “Chai!!! I swear this man is going to heaven, but don’t wish death upon yourself; rather pray to God to always have mercy on you.”
Another added, “If he has given his life to Jesus Christ, I will say it is a good way to die. If not, he should do so right away by praying the simple sinner’s prayer, asking God to forgive him all his sins and to come into his heart.”
