Trey Nyoni has claimed the title of Liverpool’s youngest player to make a European appearance.
The talented midfielder, who joined the Reds from Leicester City in September 2023, made his European debut during Wednesday’s Champions League clash against PSV Eindhoven, taking the field at just 17 years and seven months old.
This impressive milestone allows Nyoni to surpass the previous record held by Phil Charnock, who made his debut in August 1992 against Apollon Limassol at the age of 17 years, seven months, and two days.
