Jose Mourinho, former Manchester United and Chelsea manager and head coach has reached an agreement with Turkish side Fenerbahce to become their new head coach on a two-year deal.
According to the Italian sports Journalist Fabrizio Romano, “Fenerbahçe are closing in on the agreement to appoint José Mourinho as new head coach!”
“Mourinho has already said YES. Verbal agreement in place and contract now being reviewed by Mourinho’s camp.”
“The announcement can take place today, as revealed by @abolapt.”
Mourinho, the Portuguese has been on the market since January after leaving AS Roma. During his charge as manager he won the Europa Conference League.
The move would be Mourinho’s 11th position across a managerial career spanning 24 years.
