Littlerock International School donated goods and money to Mutemwa and offered two scholarships for children from Mutemwa.

Mutemwa Leprosy Catholic Care Centre is in Mutoko. It is a 2 hour drive from Harare. It is resident to Leprosy survivors, the disabled,destitutes and many more. Mutoko town has grown due to Mutemwa. Pilgrims visit Chigona mountain for prayers at Mutemwa Leprosy Catholic Care Centre.
A lot of testimonials come from the mountain. One does not pay anything to come and pray at Mutemwa prayer mountain, it is open to people from all walks of lifes even other churches are welcome.
