A video footage showing over 60 illegal immigrants escaping from Lindela Repatriation Centre located in Krugersdorp in South Africa has emerged social media.
The illegal immigrants were reportedly due to be deported to their respective countries when they fled from the repatriation centre.
According to MDN News, 65 illegal immigrants escaped from the Lindela Repatriation Centre in Krugersdorp.
In the video footage that is circulating on social media, scores of immigrants can be seen bolting out from Lindela Repatriation Centre carrying their bags.
Moments later, soldiers and guards can be seen running towards the escaping immigrants, seemingly in an effort to catch them. However, as of the time of publishing, it remains unknown how the immigrants managed to escape from the repatriation centre, which is reportedly one of the most well-guarded places.

The dramatic footage capturing the moment when the illegal immigrants fled from the Lindela Repatriation Centre has caused a stir in Mzansi, generating various theories and discussions.
On one hand, South Africans are skeptical, asserting that there is no way the immigrants could have escaped from the Lindela Repatriation Centre without assistance, suspecting a deliberate release. They raise questions about the whereabouts of the security personnel when the immigrants bolted and fled.
